These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliwin4 ("jiliwin4," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliwin4 website located at jiliwin4.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jiliwin4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access the full features of the jiliwin4 Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jiliwin4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.
• Mobile Verification: A valid Philippine mobile number is required for registration. This number will be used for OTP verification during login, withdrawals, and account recovery.
• Account Ownership: Your jiliwin4 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC Compliance: jiliwin4 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method, before processing withdrawals or as required by applicable regulations.

jiliwin4 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiliwin4 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply to account security:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person;
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• You must notify jiliwin4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• You must not access your jiliwin4 account from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without appropriate protection.

jiliwin4 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in accordance with these Terms.

jiliwin4 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The following terms apply to all deposits made to your jiliwin4 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction;
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Deposits are credited to your jiliwin4 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method;
• jiliwin4 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• jiliwin4 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

All transactions on the jiliwin4 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their jiliwin4 account subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal;
• GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days;
• jiliwin4 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

jiliwin4 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation. In such cases, jiliwin4 will notify the affected player and cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

jiliwin4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms;
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiliwin4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus;

• Abuse: jiliwin4 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotional terms;
• Modification: jiliwin4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• RNG Certification: All applicable games on jiliwin4 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories;
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and are not subject to RNG. Video feeds are monitored for integrity;
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a game round, jiliwin4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided;

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jiliwin4 staff or other players;

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of jiliwin4;
• The jiliwin4 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jiliwin4. You may not use these marks without prior written authorization;
• Game content provided by third-party game providers (such as JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliwin4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access or system failures;
• Damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Damages resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing beyond jiliwin4's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliwin4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its Content.

jiliwin4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authorities;
• Inactivity of the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, jiliwin4 may forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of applicable fees, unless forfeiture is required by law or these Terms.

You may close your jiliwin4 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

jiliwin4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliwin4 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the jiliwin4 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jiliwin4 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jiliwin4 operates in compliance with applicable regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
