• KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or account closure, whichever is later, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations;
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA and tax record-keeping requirements;
• Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus three (3) years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

The jiliwin4 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. jiliwin4 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jiliwin4 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any deposits made by underage players may be returned at jiliwin4's discretion, and any winnings will be forfeited.
